Provides social services, financial benefits and rehabilitation to statutorily designated groups of Manitowoc County Residents. Includes four divisions: Business Operations, Children & Families, Clinical Services, and Economic Support.

Assists with understanding, applying for and helping to resolve problems affecting state and federal benefits for Veterans, Military Retirees, Active Duty Service Members on terminal leave, Active Reserve & National Guard Members, and their families.

The Women, Infants, and Children (WIC) Nutrition Program is here to help you keep your family healthy and strong.

The Manitowoc Public School District provides administrative support for the local public schools.

The Senior Center is a place for residents over the age of 55 to come together, socialize, and partake in fun activities with their peers.

The Manitowoc Warming Shelter provides a seasonal, limited-capacity, overnight shelter for un-housed adults.

Painting Pathways provides a location for adults with mental illnesses to acquire job skills training, enjoy social interaction, and partake in fun activities.

Peter’s Pantry is a supplemental food pantry that distributes perishable and non-perishable food to those in need. They distribute foods such as fresh fruits and vegetables, bakery, meat, poultry, frozen foods, dairy products, and the usual dry groceries and canned goods.
