211 Wisconsin Provides a list of services in a given area. These include substance abuse programs, food pantries, counseling, and other resources.

The Aging and Disability Resource Center provides information, assistance, and access to community resources for the aging population, people with disabilities, their families and caregivers.

Alcoholics Anonymous is an international mutual aid fellowship dedicated to abstinence based recovery from alcoholism through its spiritually inclined Twelve Step program.

Big Brothers Big Sisters provides one on one mentor relationships with youth. These mentors guide the child by encouraging them to stride for higher aspirations in life, avoid risky behaviors, and achieve educational success.

A little free pantry that is open 24/7, no registration required. Take what you need, leave what you can.

​Community Meals provided by First Presbyterian Church and Manitowoc Cooperative Ministry.

Meals are served every Wednesday from 5-6PM at First Presbyterian Church. 

The Denmark Community Cupboard works throughout the community to help neighbors in need. We do this because of the generosity of other neighbors who donate their time, money, and food. They work with these neighbors to help fill a gap that many families face.

Faith’s Food Pantry serves the needs of those in western Manitowoc County.  Faith invites community members in need to an Open Pantry the third Saturday of every month.

Forward Service Corporation provides a variety of employment and training programs to assist job seekers with training, support, case management, and supportive services.

Grow It Forward supports individual and local efforts with supportive resources related to food, food insecurity, healthy eating, cooking, and more.

Every Monday at 5PM, Grow it Forward provides a drive-thru style soup supper of delicious soup, bread, salad, and occasionally desserts.

Habitat for Humanity helps connect low income individuals and families with affordable housing. They build new and renovate existing properties in the hope of giving everyone a decent place to live.

Participants that reside in Manitowoc County can receive hot, cold, and/or frozen home-delivered meals during the week.  The number of delivery days and meal options vary by location.

Hope House provides housing for up to 90 days. Visitors can receive assistance with job applications, life skills education, and help finding more permanent living accommodations.

An emergency shelter that provides housing, clothes, food, support, and other resources for survivors of domestic abuse and their children.

In-person and phone resources related to job loss, job seeking, education, training, and more. Also provides specific job seeking assistance for veterans, people with disabilities, and ex-offenders.

Rays of Hope Building

Distribution Days are one week per month based on the THIRD FRIDAY of Every Month. 

Hours: Thursdays 4:30-6PM. Fridays 2:30-4:30PM. Saturdays 9:30-11AM. 

Lakeshore CAP provides individuals and families assistance with housing, employment opportunities, and mental health support.
