For the new season of "Movie Nights at the Library," MPL's Movie Guy, Matt, will be focusing on screening, newer releases with somewhat edgier storylines. And what a great new beginning he's chosen for his June offering—a Steven Soderburgh paranormal film with an 88% rating on Rotten Tomatoes.  Presence (2024, Rated R, running 1hour, 24 minutes), starring Lucy Liu, is a ghost story with a twist—the entire film is told from the ghost's point-of-view! Traditionally spooky, but definitely not more of the same! Admission is FREE!!!
