Get Up and Glow with a Very Special Storytime during Lakeshore Balloon Glow 2023! Join Miss Sharon and Miss Karin for a high-energy, action-packed storytime in the outside Children's Area (situated in Manitowoc Public Library’s parking lot) from 5:15-5:45 PM. Shake out your sillies and get ready to watch the balloons light up the sky!
